Thank you for your support and the order keeps increasing in the recent months. But due to the COVID-19, our FedEx service has also been affected. So we would like to share a brief update with you regarding our situation.
We were originally using 'FedEx International Priority services' as our FedEx shipping option. But the shipping service has been halted because of the COVID-19. We can only use 'FedEx International Priority services' as FedEx shipping option. The calculating method is not the same as the EMS and FedEx International First. So, we may still need to charge the extra shipping after you finish the purchase with FedEx shipping option. If you do not want to pay the extra shipping, we can help you to downgrade to EMS or cancel the order and refund you the cost. Our apologies again.
