Airsoft Gun:
1. We need your UKARA number respectively. Please contact us after purchasing.
2. Due to the Airsoft restrict. We will adjust all Full-auto airsoft guns to under 370FPS, and Bolt action gun to under 500FPS.

Store Policy

Airsoft Restrict Region Precaution


1. The buyer should be fully aware of their Local Laws before purchasing the Airsoft products. SWIT is not responsible for any fees or Customs duties once the Airsoft products reach the destination country. 2. If your country has restrictions on Airsoft gun, but you still wish us to ship out. You will not be protected by our policy. No refund will be accepted.




Handling Time


General Product: All our General products may take around 7-10 working days before sending, include our Airsoft guns, magazine and parts. - Custom Made Product: All of our upgraded products are made to order items, may take 2-3 weeks for upgrading or mark curving. Include our Airsoft guns with costume mark, upgraded Airsoft guns. - Large Order (More than 5 items): We may need extra time to handle large order. We need at least two to five weeks to handle. We will update you as soon as possible.




Delivery Time


EMS Shipping: 1. Package under 2kgs. It takes about 10-15 business days for the delivery, but not including the time in Customs Inspection and weekends.
2. Package over 2kg. It takes about 5-7 business days for the delivery, but not including the time in Customs Inspection. *COVID-19 Warning:
EMS delivery time might be delayed due to COVID-19. - FedEx shipping FedEx IP usually take 3-5 days to ship to customer address, but not including the time in Customs Inspection and weekends.




Test Shooting & Upgrades Precaution


Upgraded Products:
All Upgraded products are made by disassembling stock guns and reassembling them with upgrade parts. Test shooting and Readjustment are done before shipping, therefore minor tear and wear on the internal and external are inevitable. We may not send the original parts and stock after we finished the upgrade. Please contact us if you want us to ship the original parts to you.
- Test Shooting: For all stock guns, test shooting is also done before shipping. Customer can ask us for the recording




Return and Refunds


The return policy applies to any purchase made through SWIT website. We offer 3 Days Return / Exchange Policy for factory defective items from the date of arrival at your shipping address. To be eligible for a return, please make sure that: 1. The product was delivered in the last 3 days. 2. The product is in its original packaging. 3. The product isn't used, damaged, modified or repaired by non SWIT staff. Include damage from local custom and damage or not will judge by SWIT. 4. Evidence to prove the item defective, dysfunction or damage when it arrived. 5. Complete airsoft rifle / pistol must be disassembled (to meet Taiwan’s regulations) and shipped only the defective parts judged by SWIT. 6. All returns, for any reason, must be packed with instruction booklets and all other supplied accessories when it was first delivered to you.
7. The receipt or proof of purchase 8. Customer should provide a video of the damage to inform how it is malfunction in order to protect the rights of both sides. If customer cannot provide a video, they may not be protected by our return policy. 9. Video must include how to install the BBs, magazine, gas(GBB)/battery(AEG) and how it shoot or malfunction. You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
