By placing an order, you agree that:
You are responsible for confirming the item is legal to import/own/use in your country and for obtaining any required permits/documents.
Import duties, VAT/taxes, customs/clearance fees are paid by the buyer.
Packages held by customs / awaiting payment / awaiting documents are not considered non-delivery and are not seller fault.
A shipment marked “Refused” or returned due to receiver action is treated as a successful delivery attempt.
Any refund (if approved) is processed only after return & inspection, and actual shipping/return/storage/customs costs may be deducted.
DOA / damage claims require clear photos + video evidence within the claim window.
Please contact us first before opening a dispute/chargeback; we will support you with documents and solutions.
1.1 Buyer responsibility
Airsoft products and accessories may be regulated differently by each country/region. The buyer is solely responsible for:
legality of import/ownership/use,
required permits, licenses, registrations, and
compliance with local customs rules.
SWIT does not guarantee customs clearance or import approval.
1.2 Documents & special requirements
If your country requires additional documentation (e.g., local registration, specific markings, disassembly request, etc.), you must inform SWIT before ordering or provide documents immediately when requested.
If the buyer cannot provide required documents, SWIT may cancel the order (see Section 5) or adjust the shipping method for compliance/risk control.
2.1 Handling time (order processing)
Handling time varies by product type (in-stock / custom / upgraded / large order). Handling time is not shipping time.
2.2 Customs, duties, VAT/taxes, and clearance
Shipping fees charged by SWIT do not include duties, VAT/taxes, customs brokerage, clearance fees, or storage fees at destination. These costs are paid by the buyer.
If customs requests information, documents, or payment, the buyer must respond promptly.
2.3 Shipping status definitions (important for disputes)
For clarity:
Delivered: Carrier shows delivered.
Awaiting Customs Clearance / Awaiting Payment / Awaiting Documents: Shipment arrived in destination country and requires receiver action. Not non-delivery.
Held by Customs: Under customs review/inspection. Not non-delivery.
Refused by Recipient: Receiver refuses delivery, declines duties/taxes, or refuses clearance. Not non-delivery.
Returned to Sender: Returned due to receiver action, incorrect address, refusal, or failed clearance.
2.4 Refused / returned / seized shipments
Refused shipments are treated as a fulfilled delivery attempt. Any refund (if approved) requires return & inspection and may deduct actual costs.
If customs seizes/destroys/disposes the shipment due to import restrictions, missing permits, or receiver non-cooperation, it is not refundable.
3.1 RMA required (no unauthorized returns)
All returns must be authorized first. Please contact: [help@switairsoft.com
]
We will issue an RMA number and return instructions.
Unauthorized returns may be refused and may cause storage/handling fees.
3.2 DOA (Dead-on-Arrival) / defect claim window
You must report DOA or functional defects within [3 days] after the package is marked delivered.
To be eligible, the buyer must provide:
clear photos of the item and packaging,
a video showing the issue clearly (see 3.4),
order number and serial/batch information (if applicable).
3.3 Damage in transit / missing items
Visible shipping damage must be reported within [24 hours] of delivery.
Missing/short items must be reported within [24 hours] with photos of the package contents.
3.4 Required video evidence (to reduce disputes)
Video must clearly show:
product condition before testing,
how magazine/BBs/gas/battery are prepared and installed,
operating steps (what you did),
the malfunction/damage occurring.
Claims without sufficient evidence may be denied.
3.5 What is not covered
Not covered includes (examples):
damage caused by user misuse, wrong gas/BBs/battery, or improper maintenance,
modifications/repairs by non-SWIT staff,
wear-and-tear, cosmetic marks from testing/handling,
issues caused by customs inspection/forceful opening/handling.
3.6 Return shipping & fees
Shipping fees paid to SWIT are non-refundable.
Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless SWIT confirms a seller-side fault in writing.
If a returned package triggers import duties/fees in Taiwan, those costs may be deducted from any refund or must be paid before we can receive/handle the return.
3.7 Taiwan import restriction notice (Airsoft-related)
Due to Taiwan regulations, some airsoft returns may require:
returning only specific parts, or
disassembled return shipping as instructed by SWIT.
If the buyer refuses to follow compliance instructions, return/refund may not be possible.
4.1 Contact us first
If there is any issue, please contact SWIT first at [help@switairsoft.com
].

4.2 What we submit to PayPal / card issuer
If a dispute/chargeback is opened, SWIT may submit:
order invoice and payment record,
tracking and delivery/attempt status,
communication logs (email/chat),
product photos/videos and packaging records,
this Policy page.
4.3 Customs-hold disputes
Disputes opened while the shipment is “Held by customs / Awaiting payment / Awaiting documents” are considered premature, because delivery cannot be completed without receiver action. These cases are not seller fault.
4.4 Abuse & future orders
Abuse of disputes/chargebacks, refusal to cooperate with clearance, or false claims may result in:
refusal of future service,
cancellation of future orders,
restricting payment methods or requiring alternative payment methods for risk control.
5.1 Standard cancellation (before shipment)
If you cancel after the order has been prepared, only 70%–90% of the paid amount will be refunded (depending on processing stage and non-recoverable costs).
5.2 Preorder items
To cancel an order containing preorder item(s), we charge a 20% cancellation fee of the total price.
You may exchange your preorder order to other products without extra fee.
5.3 Sale items
Sale items are non-refundable.
5.4 Custom Upgrade items
Upgraded/custom items are non-refundable and non-returnable once an order is placed.
5.5 Large orders (over USD 800)
For purchases over USD 800 (upgrade or standard), we can only refund 70%.
Refund processing may take 2–3 weeks for necessary procedures.
5.6 Wire transfer refund method
If you paid by wire transfer, we can only offer refund via PayPal, and a handling fee may apply depending on the total order amount.
5.7 Upgraded kit only (without the gun)
If customers purchase an upgraded kit only, installation may require customer skill and may need fitting due to tolerance differences.
Return may be accepted in some cases; refund depends on the condition of the kit after we receive it.
