1.Shipping Restrictions Kindly ensure you provide all necessary information regarding any specific request or permit for Airsoft shipments prior to placing your order. Without any specified requests, the guns will be sent in their original condition and packaging. For instance: "South Korea": Requires shipping as disassembled parts in two packages. "United States": Needs Orange Tip/Red Nozzle and shipping via UPS. "Canada": Muzzle Velocity must be over 366/FPS and under 500/FPS. Pistols should be shipped as disassembled parts in two packages. "United Kingdom": A UKARA permit is necessary. "the Netherlands": NABV is required. "Australia": Airsoft products are prohibited. Buyers must be fully informed about the local laws governing Airsoft products in their area before making a purchase. SWIT cannot be held accountable for any fees or customs duties incurred once the products arrive in the destination country. If a refund is needed due to shipping or custom issues, SWIT will charge a 30% fee based on the gun's price. Refunds are only issued upon receipt of the returned product, which must not be damaged. SWIT reserves the right to determine whether the product is damaged or not. 2. Handling time General items: Kindly note that our General items, including Airsoft guns, magazines, and parts, may require around 7-10 working days to process before shipping. We appreciate your patience and will attend to it promptly. If you wish to cancel after the order has been prepared, please be aware that only 70%-90% of the amount will be refunded. Customized products: For our customized offerings, such as Airsoft guns with special markings or upgraded features, please allow 2-3 weeks for enhancements or engraving. We kindly request your patience and will address your order as swiftly as possible. Sizeable orders (Over 5 items): For larger orders, we may need additional time to process, ranging from two to five weeks. Rest assured, we will keep you informed and update you as soon as possible. 3. Delivery time Airmail/EMS: Around 1-2 Weeks UPS: Should be less than 5 days Both Airmail/EMS and UPS could be delay by custom office. 4. UPS shipping return For now, Taiwan have new airsoft restrict law, that all airsoft guns return to us will seized by custom office and need weeks to clearance. If you plan to return the product, you must to contact us first. Or else the package will have storing fee which might be higher than products price. 5. If customer want us to ship the item in disassembled or ship it separately, we can follow your request, please contact us by email to let us know. 1.Upgraded products Every Enhanced product is crafted by taking apart standard airsoft guns and reassembling them with improved components. Before shipping, we conduct test firing and readjustments, which may result in slight wear and tear on both internal and external parts. It is possible that we might not include the original components and stock after completing the upgrade. Kindly reach out to us if you'd like us to send the original parts. Consequently, SWIT cannot accept returns or offer refunds if the defects originate from our Upgrading process. 2.Test Shooting For all stock guns, test shooting is also done before shipping. 1.Return and Refunds The return policy applies to any purchase made through SWIT website. We offer a 3 Days Return / Exchange Policy for factory defective items from the date of arrival at your shipping address. To be eligible for a return, please make sure that: 1.The product was delivered in the last 3 days. 2.The product is in its original packaging. 3.The product isn't used, damaged, modified or repaired by non SWIT staff. Include damage from local custom and damage or not will judge by SWIT. 4.Evidence to prove the item defective, dysfunction or damage when it arrived. 5.Complete airsoft rifle / pistol must be disassembled (to meet Taiwan’s regulations) and shipped only the defective parts judged by SWIT. 6.All returns, for any reason, must be packed with instruction booklets and all other supplied accessories when it was first delivered to you. 7.The receipt or proof of purchase 8. Customer should provide a video of the damage to inform how it is malfunction in order to protect the rights of both sides. If customer cannot provide a video, they may not be protected by our return policy. 9. Video must include how to install the BBs, magazine, gas(GBB)/battery(AEG) and how it shoot or malfunction. You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. And if the products return to us. we will have to pay for the import fee and return shipping. Therefore we will have to charged $50USD before we ship out again or refund. 3.Lack of items: Contact us as soon as you find out your order are incomplete when you received in the last 24 hours. And we will refund the product price to you. 4.Sale items: Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded. 5.Custom Upgrade item: Upgraded items once an order is placed, we will not be able to refund or return. 6. Refund of Large order: We can only refund 70%, if you purchase more than 800USD(no matter upgrade or standard version). And Refund may take around two to three weeks for necessary process. 7. If customers only purchase our upgraded kit, not with the gun, customers may need to install it by themselves. We can offer technical help through email. But every gun has its own tolerance. Sometime, upgrading kit may require modification to install. We will not take responsibility on any wrong installation by customer themselves. We can offer return of the upgrading kit. The refund may depend on the status of the upgrading kit after we receive it. 8. If customers choose to use wire transfer, we can only offer refund by PayPal, and it will have a handling fee depends on the total amount of the order.
