U.S. Airsoft Shipping Update – September 2026
Dear SWIT Airsoft Customers,
We have another important update regarding airsoft shipments from SWIT Airsoft to the United States.
As of September 2026, UPS is now our primary shipping method for U.S.-bound airsoft orders, including complete airsoft guns.
We are also pleased to confirm that AR-style gas blowback rifles (GBB / GBBR) have resumed shipping to the United States. Since restarting these shipments, we have completed multiple deliveries without seeing the additional customs problems that affected some AR-style shipments earlier this year.
At the same time, recent tariff and import-processing changes are affecting international postal shipments. Because of this, Airmail shipments to the United States may currently be delayed, and certain postal shipments may require import duties to be collected before dispatch.
September 2026 Shipping Summary
SWIT Airsoft continues to accept orders from customers in the United States.
UPS is currently our primary shipping method for complete airsoft guns.
AR-style GBB and GBBR rifles are shipping to the United States again.
Recent AR GBB shipments have been delivered without the additional issues we experienced earlier in 2026.
A permanently secured orange safety tip remains required for applicable complete airsoft guns.
Some airsoft parts may require additional product information or a product safety declaration during customs clearance.
Airmail may be delayed due to recent tariff and import-processing changes.
Certain Airmail shipments may require duties or taxes to be collected before shipment.
Customs clearance and delivery time cannot be guaranteed.
Import duties, brokerage fees and other local charges may still apply.
AR-Style GBB Shipping Has Returned
Earlier in 2026, some realistic AR-style GBB and GBBR shipments experienced increased customs scrutiny. Because of this, SWIT temporarily delayed selected AR-platform shipments while we evaluated recent clearance results.
Since late July, we have progressively resumed these shipments.
As of September 2026, we have now shipped multiple AR-style GBB rifles to U.S. customers without seeing the additional clearance problems that previously affected this category.
Therefore, SWIT Airsoft is currently accepting and shipping AR-style GBB and GBBR orders to the United States as normal.
This includes many common AR-pattern gas blowback platforms from manufacturers such as VFC, WE, GHK and other brands.
However, customers should understand that customs inspection is always handled on an individual shipment basis. A successful shipping history does not guarantee that every future package will clear without inspection or additional documentation.
UPS Is Our Primary U.S. Shipping Method
UPS is currently the main shipping method we use for airsoft guns and many larger orders sent to the United States.
Based on our recent shipping experience, UPS currently provides the most consistent option for U.S.-bound complete airsoft guns.
Depending on the shipment, the recipient may still be required to pay additional charges such as:
Import duties
Customs clearance fees
Brokerage fees
Courier handling fees
Remote-area surcharges
Other import-related charges
These charges are normally collected directly by UPS or the relevant customs/clearance authority and are separate from the shipping fee paid to SWIT Airsoft unless otherwise stated.
Customers should respond to UPS clearance requests as soon as possible to prevent unnecessary delays.
Some Airsoft Parts May Require a Product Safety Declaration
We have recently seen some airsoft parts and accessory shipments receive additional documentation requests during U.S. customs clearance.
In certain cases, the recipient may be asked to provide a product safety declaration, product-use statement or similar documentation explaining the nature and intended use of the imported items.
This does not occur with every shipment and does not necessarily mean that there is a problem with the package.
If UPS or another clearance agent contacts you requesting additional documentation, please carefully review their instructions.
SWIT Airsoft can normally assist by providing information such as:
Product descriptions
Invoice information
Material or usage descriptions when available
Confirmation that the products are intended for airsoft use
However, some declarations may need to be completed or submitted directly by the U.S. importer or recipient.

Airmail Shipping Is Currently Affected by Tariff Changes
Airmail remains available for selected products, but U.S.-bound postal shipments are currently being affected by recent tariff and import-processing changes.
As a result, some Airmail orders may be delayed before dispatch while we confirm the applicable shipping and import requirements.
Depending on the shipment and the applicable postal procedure, we may also need to collect estimated import duties or taxes before the package can be dispatched.
For customers who need faster or more predictable shipping, UPS will generally remain our preferred option during this period.
Because postal and tariff procedures may continue to change, Airmail availability and payment requirements may be adjusted without notice.
Permanent Orange Safety Tip Requirement
Complete airsoft guns shipped to the United States will continue to be prepared with the appropriate orange safety marking.
For applicable products, SWIT Airsoft will install a securely attached orange safety tip before shipment.
We cannot ship affected complete airsoft guns with only a temporary orange marking or remove required markings before dispatch.
Highly customized guns may require additional preparation time for orange-tip installation, testing and repacking.
Customers are responsible for confirming any additional federal, state or local requirements that may apply after delivery.
Can U.S. Customs Clearance Be Guaranteed?
No.
Our recent shipping results — including AR-style GBB shipments — have been very positive, but customs clearance can never be guaranteed.
Individual shipments may still be reviewed depending on factors such as:
Product type
External appearance
Receiver configuration
Declared information
Country of origin
Destination
Carrier processing
Current customs procedures
SWIT Airsoft will prepare appropriate shipping documents and assist customers when additional information is requested.
However, the final inspection and release decision is controlled by U.S. Customs, the carrier and other applicable authorities.

Is SWIT Airsoft currently shipping airsoft guns to the United States?
Yes. We are actively shipping U.S. orders, with UPS currently serving as our primary shipping method.
Can I order an AR-style GBB or GBBR?
Yes.
AR-style GBB and GBBR shipping has resumed. Since restarting these shipments, we have not experienced the additional problems that affected this category earlier in 2026.
Are AR GBB shipments guaranteed to clear customs?
No.

Is Airmail still available?
For selected orders, yes.
However, Airmail shipments may currently be delayed before dispatch, and certain shipments may require import duties or taxes to be collected in advance.
If shipping conditions change, we may temporarily restrict Airmail availability for certain products.
Why is UPS asking me for a product safety declaration?
Some airsoft parts or accessories may receive additional review during customs clearance.
If UPS or customs requests a product safety declaration or similar document, please send us a copy of the request. We can provide supporting product information where appropriate.
Some documents may still need to be completed and submitted directly by the U.S. recipient/importer.
Will I need to pay import duties?
Possibly.
Import duties, customs charges, brokerage fees and other local costs may be collected by UPS, postal authorities or U.S. Customs.
For certain Airmail shipments, SWIT Airsoft may also need to collect applicable import taxes before dispatch depending on the current postal requirements.
Can I order standalone receivers or highly realistic parts?
Some receiver assemblies and highly realistic components may receive additional customs review.

Our Commitment
U.S. shipping conditions have improved considerably compared with the difficulties experienced earlier in 2026.
Most importantly, AR-style GBB shipping has now resumed successfully, and UPS continues to provide a workable shipping route for our U.S. customers.
At the same time, international shipping requirements can change quickly — particularly regarding tariffs, postal services and customs documentation.
SWIT Airsoft will continue reviewing actual shipment results and adjusting our shipping procedures when necessary.
Our goal is not simply to send packages as quickly as possible. We want to prepare every shipment carefully and provide the best reasonable chance of smooth customs clearance and successful delivery.
