Update on U.S. Shipment– Effective March 2026

Dear SWIT Airsoft customers,

We would like to share an updated notice regarding U.S.-bound shipments.

Recent changes in U.S. import policy may affect the final landed cost of orders shipped to the United States. Depending on the product category, declared value, shipping method, and customs review, some shipments may now be subject to import duty, brokerage fees, or additional customs processing charges.

What this means for U.S. customers

Compared with previous periods, some U.S. orders may now face:

• import duties on products that previously entered more easily,

• customs clearance or brokerage fees charged by the courier,

• longer customs review times for certain shipments or product categories.

Please note that these charges are determined by U.S. customs authorities and the courier, not by SWIT Airsoft.

Estimated import costs

Import charges can vary depending on the type of product, declared value, origin, and current customs treatment.

For this reason, any estimate we provide before shipment should be treated as a general reference only. Final duty, brokerage fees, and customs decisions are outside our control and may differ from prior shipments.

• recommending the most practical shipping method based on the latest conditions,

• providing standard order and shipping documents,

• offering general pre-shipment guidance when customers request an estimate,

• updating our website if major U.S. shipping or import rules change.

Important notes before ordering

Before placing a U.S. order, please keep the following in mind:

• import duty or courier clearance fees may be collected after shipment arrives,

• customs processing times may vary from case to case,

• certain products or configurations may face higher review risk,

• shipping methods may need to be adjusted based on current carrier or customs conditions.

Customs and documentation

SWIT Airsoft can help prepare standard shipping and commercial documents for your order.

However, we cannot guarantee duty-free entry, reduced duty, or customs clearance results. All customs assessments, release decisions, and related charges are determined by the destination country and the carrier handling the shipment.

If customs or the courier requests additional information from the receiver, customer cooperation may be required.
