U.S. Airsoft Shipping Update – August 2026

Dear SWIT Airsoft Customers,
We have an important and encouraging update regarding airsoft shipments to the United States.
Based on our most recent shipment results, AR-style gas blowback airsoft rifles have begun clearing U.S. Customs successfully again. This includes recent shipments of AR-style GBB and GBBR products that were previously considered higher-risk during the period of increased customs inspection.
While this does not mean that every shipment is guaranteed to clear, the recent results indicate that U.S.-bound AR GBB shipments are gradually returning to a more workable condition.
August 2026 Shipping Summary
SWIT Airsoft continues to accept orders from the United States.
Complete airsoft guns are primarily shipped by UPS.
AR-style GBB and GBBR shipments have begun clearing customs again.
Previously placed AR GBB orders are being prepared for shipment.
A permanently secured orange safety tip remains required.
Customs clearance and delivery time cannot be guaranteed.
Import duties, brokerage fees and other local charges may still apply.
AR-Style GBB Shipping Has Started to Resume
During June and July 2026, several realistic AR-style GBB and GBBR shipments experienced longer processing times or increased customs scrutiny.
Because of these conditions, we temporarily delayed selected higher-risk orders while waiting for comparable shipments to clear successfully. This was done to avoid sending completed customer orders into an uncertain customs environment without sufficient recent shipping data.
We have now received successful delivery results from multiple recent AR-style GBB shipments.
Based on these results, SWIT Airsoft has started preparing and releasing previously held AR-style orders for shipment.
However, customs inspection remains outside our control. Every shipment may still be reviewed individually depending on its configuration, declared information, destination and current customs procedures.
Previously Placed Orders
Customers who placed an AR-style GBB or GBBR order before this update do not need to place a new order.
We are currently:
Completing remaining customization and testing
Rechecking each airsoft gun before shipment
Installing the required permanent orange safety tip
Preparing the appropriate commercial and airsoft documentation
Repacking orders according to current shipping requirements
Arranging UPS dispatch for completed packages
Previously delayed orders will begin shipping progressively as preparation is completed.
Highly customized orders may require additional time for final assembly, engraving, orange-tip installation, testing or repacking. Customers will receive tracking information after their package has been dispatched.
Permanent Orange Tip Is Still Required
Although AR-style GBB shipments have begun clearing customs again, a permanently secured orange safety tip remains a necessary shipping measure for U.S.-bound orders.
For affected complete airsoft guns, SWIT Airsoft will install an orange tip that is securely and permanently attached before shipment.
A removable orange thread protector, temporary tape or an orange tip that can be easily detached during transportation may not provide sufficient protection during customs or carrier inspection.
For this reason:
We cannot remove the orange tip before shipping.
We cannot send the original muzzle device installed separately as a way to avoid the required preparation.
Requests for an easily removable or temporary orange tip may be refused.
Additional preparation time may be required for permanent installation.
This requirement is intended to clearly identify the product as an airsoft replica during transportation and customs inspection.
Customers are responsible for confirming any federal, state and local requirements that may apply after delivery.
Current Shipping Method
UPS – Complete Airsoft Guns
UPS remains our primary shipping method for complete airsoft guns sent to the United States.
The recipient may be required to pay additional charges, including:
Import duties
Customs clearance fees
Brokerage fees
Courier handling fees
Remote-area fees
Other local import-related charges
These charges are normally collected directly by UPS, U.S. Customs or the related clearance party. They are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless clearly stated otherwise.
The recipient may also be asked to provide identification, product information or other documents during the clearance process.
Customers should respond to UPS or customs requests promptly to avoid unnecessary delays.
Can Customs Clearance Be Guaranteed?
No.
Recent successful deliveries are a positive operational result, but they do not represent an official guarantee or permanent change in U.S. Customs policy.
Customs treatment may still depend on:
Product type and external appearance
Receiver configuration
Shipping documentation
Declared value
Destination state
Country of origin
Courier processing
Current inspection practices
SWIT Airsoft will prepare each shipment carefully and provide supporting airsoft documentation when appropriate. However, final inspection, clearance and release decisions are controlled by U.S. Customs, the carrier and other related authorities.
Should New Customers Order AR-Style GBB Products?
Yes, we are accepting new U.S. orders for AR-style GBB and GBBR airsoft guns.
However, customers should understand that:
A permanently secured orange tip will be installed.
Additional preparation time may be required.
Highly realistic or customized builds may receive additional inspection.
Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Import and brokerage charges may apply.
Shipping procedures may be adjusted if customs conditions change again.
Customers who need an order before a specific event or deadline should contact us before purchasing.

Is SWIT Airsoft shipping AR-style GBB rifles to the United States again?
Yes. Recent AR-style GBB and GBBR shipments have cleared successfully, and we have begun releasing previously delayed orders.
When will my existing order ship?
Previously placed orders are being processed progressively. The exact dispatch date depends on customization, testing, permanent orange-tip installation and final packaging.
Tracking information will be provided after dispatch.
Can the orange tip be removed before shipping?
No. A permanently secured orange safety tip remains required for affected U.S.-bound complete airsoft guns.
We will not dispatch these products with only a temporary or easily removable orange marking.
Does successful recent shipping mean customs clearance is guaranteed?
No. Recent results are encouraging, but every shipment may still be inspected individually. Final clearance decisions remain outside SWIT Airsoft’s control.
Will I need to pay import duties?
Possibly. Import duties, brokerage fees, customs clearance fees and other local charges may be collected directly from the recipient by UPS or the relevant authorities.
Are AR-style lower receivers also available for shipping?
Receiver-based products may still require additional review. Please contact us before ordering a standalone lower receiver or other highly realistic receiver assembly.
Our Commitment
We understand that customers with previously delayed orders have been waiting for a clear update.
The recent successful delivery results are an important improvement, and we are now working through the remaining orders as quickly and carefully as possible.
Our priority is not simply to dispatch packages quickly. We want to prepare each order in a way that provides the best reasonable chance of successful customs clearance and delivery.
SWIT Airsoft will continue monitoring U.S.-bound shipment results. If customs or carrier conditions change again, we may adjust our preparation and shipping procedures accordingly.
