U.S. Airsoft Shipping Update – May 2026
Dear SWIT Airsoft customers,
This page provides our latest update for customers ordering airsoft guns, airsoft parts, magazines, and accessories to the United States.
Short answer: Is SWIT Airsoft still shipping to the USA?
Yes. SWIT Airsoft is still shipping to the United States.
However, U.S.-bound airsoft shipments are currently facing a more cautious customs and carrier review environment, especially for certain airsoft guns and AR-style GBB / GBBR products.
Because of this, some U.S. orders may require longer handling time before shipment. In selected cases, we may need extra time to prepare stronger safety markings, red/orange tips, additional product documentation, adjusted customs descriptions, or disassembled packaging.
Please understand that customs clearance time and final release decisions are outside our direct control.
What changed for U.S.-bound airsoft shipments?
Recently, we have observed increased review on some U.S.-bound airsoft shipments, especially shipments involving realistic airsoft guns, GBB rifles, AR-style platforms, and lower receiver assemblies.
Compared with previous periods, some U.S. orders may now face:
Longer pre-shipment preparation time;
Longer customs or carrier review time;
Additional document requests;
Import duties, brokerage fees, or courier clearance charges;
Higher review risk for selected product types or configurations.
These charges, inspections, and release decisions are determined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), related agencies, and the courier handling the shipment — not by SWIT Airsoft.
Important notice for AR-style GBB / GBBR orders
Due to recent increased review by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), AR-style GBB / GBBR airsoft guns and lower assemblies may require additional preparation and longer processing time before shipment.
These products are non-firearm airsoft toy products and are not designed to chamber, fire, or withstand live ammunition. However, recent shipment results suggest that certain realistic airsoft configurations may receive additional review during U.S. customs or carrier processing.
To reduce misunderstanding, we may prepare selected orders with:
Stronger red/orange safety markings;
Additional airsoft toy documentation;
Clearer commercial invoice descriptions;
Covered or adjusted markings where necessary;
Disassembled packaging when appropriate.
Even with these preparations, customs clearance cannot be guaranteed. Packages may still be delayed, inspected, returned, held, or otherwise processed by CBP, related agencies, or the courier.
If your order includes an AR-style GBB / GBBR airsoft gun or lower assembly, please order only if you understand and accept the current customs uncertainty.
Are SWIT Airsoft shipments currently being reviewed by U.S. customs?
Some U.S.-bound airsoft shipments may now receive additional review.
The situation is not the same for every package. Review risk may vary depending on product type, platform, declared description, destination handling process, courier processing, and current customs practice.
Because of this, SWIT Airsoft cannot guarantee:
Customs clearance;
Clearance time;
Duty-free entry;
No additional courier or brokerage fees;
No inspection, delay, return, or agency review.
We are actively monitoring each U.S.-bound shipment and adjusting our preparation procedures based on the latest shipment results.
What SWIT Airsoft is doing to reduce shipping risk
We are continuing to take practical steps to reduce avoidable customs risk as much as possible, including:
Preparing shipping and commercial documents carefully;
Following current carrier requirements;
Using red/orange tips or safety markings when required;
Adding clearer airsoft toy documentation when needed;
Reviewing product descriptions before shipment;
Considering disassembled packaging for selected high-risk orders;
Monitoring shipment outcomes and adjusting procedures when needed.
Our goal is to keep U.S. orders moving as smoothly as possible while staying realistic about customs processes that remain outside our direct control.
Estimated U.S. import costs
Import-related charges can vary depending on:
Product type;
Declared value;
Product origin;
Shipping method;
Current customs treatment;
Courier handling and brokerage policies.
For that reason, any estimate we provide before shipment should be treated as a general reference only. Final duty, brokerage fees, customs review results, and import charges may differ from previous shipments.
Shipping fees paid to SWIT Airsoft do not include import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, or other local import charges.

FAQ: USA Airsoft Shipping from SWIT Airsoft
Is SWIT Airsoft still shipping airsoft products to the USA?
Yes. We are still shipping to the United States.
However, U.S.-bound shipments are currently being handled more cautiously due to increased customs and carrier review on selected airsoft products.
How are airsoft guns shipped to the USA?
Airsoft guns are shipped via UPS.
We will also replace or prepare the tip with a red/orange tip where needed to help comply with U.S. toy / imitation firearm marking expectations, including SB199-related safety marking practice where applicable.
Do AR-style GBB / GBBR airsoft guns require longer processing time for U.S. orders?
Yes.
Due to recent increased review by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), AR-style GBB / GBBR airsoft guns may require a longer handling and preparation time before shipment.
We may need extra time to prepare stronger safety markings, red/orange tips, product documentation, customs descriptions, or disassembled packaging when necessary.
Please note that customs clearance is ultimately decided by CBP or related agencies, and we cannot guarantee the clearance time after the package has been shipped.
Can airsoft parts and magazines be shipped to the USA?
Yes. Airsoft parts and magazines can generally be shipped to the United States by UPS.
Please note: Taiwan Post currently suspends all Airmail / EMS service to the USA.
Some realistic airsoft parts, especially AR-style GBB / GBBR lower assemblies, may face higher review risk and may require additional preparation or separated handling.
Which shipping service is better?
UPS is usually faster and more reliable, with better tracking and local delivery support.
However, UPS shipments may still be subject to customs review, brokerage processing, import duties, or additional courier handling requirements.
Are there any extra shipping charges?
Possibly.
After your order is placed, we will check your address with UPS. If it is classified as a remote area or any additional surcharge applies, extra shipping fees may be required before dispatch.
Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, or local import charges are not included in our shipping fee.
Are import duties and taxes included?
No.
Shipping fees do not include import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, or other local import charges.
These charges are determined by U.S. customs authorities, the courier, or local import procedures.
Can SWIT Airsoft guarantee customs clearance?
No.
Customs inspection, release decisions, clearance time, and related import charges are outside our control.
We will prepare the shipment as carefully as possible, but final clearance is determined by CBP, related agencies, and the courier handling the package.
What is SWIT Airsoft doing to reduce customs risk?
We actively monitor each shipment, prepare necessary documents, follow current carrier requirements, use stronger safety markings when needed, and adjust shipping procedures based on the latest shipment results.
For selected high-risk products, we may recommend longer preparation time, disassembly, separated packaging, delayed shipment, or alternative products.
Our commitment
We understand that changes in customs review can create uncertainty for U.S. customers.
Our commitment is simple: we will continue to monitor U.S.-bound shipments closely, keep our shipping process updated, and provide clear information so customers can make informed decisions before ordering.
We will not blindly ship high-risk orders without reviewing the latest situation. If additional preparation is needed, we will handle the order carefully and communicate with the customer when necessary.
If you would like a general shipping and import estimate before placing your order, please contact us with the product link and destination country.
Thank you for your support.
