Monthly update (August)

Hello ladies and gentlemen,


Thank you for watching this. Many of our customers have contacted us for the shipping status recently. So, we decide to update the status monthly. New updates or important parts will be highlighted with red color.


Important: Our FedEx Express service to Europe has been stopped. We have just received reports from FedEx. We are not able to ship Airsoft to Europe by FedEx anymore. As far as we know, the shipped package will not be affected. But we will keep an eye on the package status. In order to protect the rights of our customers and us, we will stop shipping Airsoft to Europe by FedEx. On the other hand, we can still ship Airsoft to the US by FedEx and to the Europe by UPS.


1, UPS shipping: Finally, UPS allows us to use their service. You can select the UPS method as the shipping agent. Because the shipping to Europe has been halted. If you are Eurporean customer and select UPS/FedEx option during purchasing, we will ship your order by UPS. If you are US customer and select UPS/FedEx option during purchasing, we will select the fastest one except you add to note and specify which agent you want us to use. However, please consider to use their service according to their reputation in your location.


2, Shipping to the UK and Spain: Please be aware that the FedEx and EMS shipping have not resumed yet. Every ready order will be provided a tracking code which will not be activated until the shipping service resume and the order is shipped. It is our system that we cannot change otherwise if will affect our SOP and website system. According to our experience (last UK lock down), the shipping service will soon resume after the end of the lockdown. However, we still need to wait until the post office to announce it officially. EMS package is shipped with normal flight, it will be resumed when the normal flight to the UK resume.


If you want us to refund, please let us know, we will refund you as soon as possible.


We want to ship to the UK too. It is not us to decide when will the EMS resume. Maybe Royal Mail can answer your question. (Btw, Taiwan still can receive the package from the UK, that means it is the RM's decision to refuse our package) Thus, all packages from Taiwan has been refused, that means even if you select two package service, we are still not able to ship you.

3, Important to US customer in zip code 400-600: We have mentioned many times. If you are the US customers who live in the zip code 400-600, please be aware that if you select EMS, it may need to wait for a long customs clearance 3-6 months or more even the item fits the regulation. If the item is held by Chicago customs, we can only help you to send an inquiry to our post, but it does not help much. We strongly recommend you to use FedEx. We paint and stick the nozzle in red and orange according to SB199 in every order we ship to the US, but your customs have the power to decide are they accept it or not, not us. Please consider this situation before purchasing. We have received reports on the Chicago customs issue recently and only Chicago customs will have this problem.


4, And because of that, we are not able to provide the original nozzle for US customer. If you really want it, you have to pay extra shipping for the nozzle and for the 2nd package or you will not be protected by refund and return policy. Please don't blame us for that. This is your customs policy.


We will also provide testing video for the order from US zip code 400-600. Just in case some customers don't believe us that we have attached the red nozzle on it. If other also want us to provide a testing video, please add to note, we will send you when we finished testing.


5, We have received some inquiry of our stock, and some customers think that we lie about the stock status. Please be aware all Airsoft items have a high defective rate (email us if you want to know more). That is why we need two to three weeks or even more to test and order replacement sometime.


If you purchase our upgraded item, we may need more time to handle as it is made to order item. Furthermore, once upgraded item has started to build, we are not able to offer a full refund.


6, All Airsoft guns are not able to import to Denmark. All packages to Denmark are sent back recently, we can only ship parts and upgraded parts into Denmark. If you really want our item, we suggest you contact your local Airsoft dealer to help you.


7, COVID Update: As we mentioned above, we are not the one to decide when will the EMS resume. We can do nothing to help it.

European countries: France, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Sweden, Czech Rep., Poland, Norway, Italy

Oceania countries: Australia(not able to import)

Asian countries: Japan, Hong Kong, Macau, Vietnam, Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand

Americas countries: Canada(Still NO PISTOL!!! And we will put the velocity record on every Canadian orders) and the US(excluded Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Guam and Territories)
