Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! SWIT Airsoft ships from Taiwan to many destinations worldwide, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and several European and Asian countries.

Shipping availability depends on the product type, destination, and local import regulations. Some orders may require additional documentation or special preparation.

Please check our Worldwide Shipping Guide or contact us to confirm the available shipping options before ordering. International customs clearance cannot be guaranteed.

2. How long does it take to prepare and ship my order?

Processing time depends on the product's availability and preparation requirements.

In-stock items: Usually require less preparation time.

Pre-order or supplier-stock items: Depend on the manufacturer's availability and delivery schedule.

Custom-built or upgraded items: May require additional time for installation, adjustment, and quality checks.

Estimated arrival and processing dates are subject to change. Once your physical order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided.

3. Will I need to pay import taxes or customs fees?

Depending on your destination, import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, or courier handling charges may apply.

These charges are generally not included in the product price or international shipping fee unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for checking local import requirements and providing any necessary documents. Our team can assist with shipping-related information when needed.

4. Are performance upgrades included with my order?

SWIT Airsoft offers optional performance upgrades and custom services for selected airsoft models.

Our Victory Tech (VT) upgrades may include a precision inner barrel, upgraded hop-up components, and professional installation or adjustment, depending on the selected package.

Upgrades are included only when explicitly listed as part of the product or selected during checkout.

Please review the product description and available options to confirm exactly what your order includes.

5. What if my package is delayed or held by customs?

International shipments may occasionally experience delays caused by customs inspections, transportation schedules, or additional documentation requirements.

If your courier requests payment or information, please respond promptly to prevent unnecessary delays.

SWIT Airsoft can assist with available shipping records and supporting documents. However, final customs clearance decisions are made by the relevant authorities.

6. Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
