5. About the orange tip — can it be removed?

I'm Korean. I ordered the product at the end of July, but I haven't received anything so far. The seller says it can be received within August, but considering the delivery period to Korea, I think it will be difficult to receive it within August. And the seller is too slow to answer! I haven't heard back so far from the chat I left a week ago!
